[x3d-public] Moving 27.4.3 CoordinateDouble from Nurbs component to Rendering component

I support this move :)

Indeed, Coordinate and CoordinateDouble make most sense when they are
side-by-side in the same component. The fact that CoordinateDouble is
"hidden" now in NURBS component (while it can be used anywhere where
X3DCoordinateNode is accepted) wasn't optimal.

Note that it will change the "Support Levels" of both NURBS and
Rendering components. The CoordinateDouble will have to stop being
part of "COMPONENT NURBS:1". I'd say it can be placed in "COMPONENT
Rendering:6".

Michalis

We think it improves readability and understandability to have Coordinate and CoordinateDouble side by side, especially since they both implement X3DCoordinateNode abstract node type.
