[x3d-public] An annotations example and project

I like how these HAnim examples make use of the TouchSensor, and the x3d browser feature of displaying a TouchSensor description field, to show an annotation label.

Using that existing X3D capability means that this project can be achieved by creating the TouchSensor nodes upon loading the JSON structure with the annotation definitions.
