[x3d-public] An annotations example and project

May I bow out, or should we set a time to meet in Zoom?  I really can't do
much typing until I get breathing figured out, which has been 30 years now.
Breathing: Slow, Yes, Shallow Yes,  Rapid No, Short No.   Diagnose me!

I did see transparency in the original https://yqxggz.csb.app/ app Vince
posted, but I'm having problems with it currently.
