[x3d-public] X3D agenda 16 SEP 2022: Mantis issues, X3D-glTF comparison, Web3D Roadmap, X3D Web Stack diagrams

Doug Sanden suggested we include Web Assembly (WASM).  Presumably it would
be compiling an X3D Browser.  I am not sure if we are going to compile X3D
applications to WASM, but it's a nice thought!
