[x3d-public] Query? Test X3D tags when converting from JSON to XML/DOM

Workflows
2D -> (parse/convert)-> existing / current geometry node types, new
MarkerType2D node -> 3D vectors
2D -> (rendering engine) -> 2D image -> texture, MarkerTypeSplat,
screen-aligned annotation
