[x3d-public] I'm not sure if X3D-Edit is prepared to accept HAnimDisplacer

 I created an HAnimDisplacer with X3D-Edit, but I must be fumble-fingering
it.  I get errors placing before and after HAnimSegment.  I realize there
have already been tickets reported.  Perhaps only one problem report was
issued?  I will proceed with updating X3D-Edit from website.
