[x3d-public] Final report, analyzing new hierarchy from Don. Correct!

The LOA4 standard hierarchy and my hierarchy were incorrect.

I will check in changes to the x3d/tools/HAnim project.

Great effort, Don! Thanks for fixing the standard and my corrected copy!
