[x3d-public] X3DJSAIL on the web

Is the intended use of X3DJSAIL on the web building web apps that use
X3DJSAIL on the server side?  Because at one point, i thought we had it
running in Jupyter Notebook or similar?

Can we state that x3d.py and X3DJSAIL should not be used on the web
categorically, or are we going to continue to support programming language
encodings, which should only be used on the server?

It’s likely that i’ll not run a Java, JavaScript or Python server on my
main server,  because i run only php there.
