[x3d-public] Updated schematron rules applied to HAnim example archives

Joe, have deployed the HAnim model corrections we worked on last Friday
(fixing 5 parent-child hierarchy orders).

models and improving diagnostic toolsets.

*	(Worth remembering that X3D Schematron assumes a model has passed
XML Schema validation already, which is not always the case.)
