[x3d-public] Shifting from OrientationInterpolators to SquadOrientationInterpolators

I have been using OrientationInterpolators, but I think I want to
shift to SquadOrientationInterpolators.
My understanding is that squad interpolation data differs from regular
orientation data by adding normalizeVelocity values to us tangents at
keys. Are there other surprises in store? Can the rest of the data
be the same?
