[x3d-public] Audacity tool update for audio editing

Working on some audio files, found that the free Audacity tool has some
excellent feature updates.

X3D-Edit makes it easy to install Audacity, or another editor of your
choosing.

That editor can then be launched when editing Sound nodes, which also
indicate if a file is present (green text) and simplify adding online url's.
