[x3d-public] HAnim Features Points, 1-120 for your review

I am thinking my Humanoid4J.x3d may not list all feature points, because I
depend on a parent segment of the sites. Oops!
Now I'm starting to understand!
I'm not sure what Joe does in his hierarchy.
