"collidable particle physics" - close to it, with the Crowd Particles
physics, which used a bitmap to share/communicate the 2D location of each
humanoid particle, and the physics model looked at the bitmap around a
particle before moving it, to avoid 2D collisions, and updated the
particle's position in the bitmap after moving it.
