[x3d-public] HAnim visibility

I noticed that, similar to many other nodes in X3D, we have added the *visible
*field to HAnimJoint and HAnimSegment.

Seems like we should add that field to HAnimHumanoid and HAnimSite as well.

There is no shortage of use cases for such functionality.  Absent
objections, I'll add them to Mantis and draft specifications.
