[x3d-public] Register .x3dj as file extension for JSON encoded files

The extension .json is a very common name for ANY JSON encoded files, so we should be more specific.

Other files formats like glTF use an own extension (.gltf) for its JSON format. X3D should do it as well and .x3dj will follow the naming rules for extension very well.

Encoding — File Extension — MIME Type
X3D JSON — .x3dj, .x3djz — model/x3d+json
