[x3d-public] Register .x3dj as file extension for JSON encoded files

I agree with Holger.   I need to move away from the .json extension in
X3DJSONLD, particularly when running RunSaxon.java.   I had some
dependencies on .json in convertJSON.js/json2all.js as well.

Currently, I copy .x3dj to .json to fit into my existing pipelines.  The
pipelines need to be updated.

It’s a habit to break.
