[x3d-public] Rigid Body experiments (derived from JinLOA1.x3d)

I’m guessing I should use cylinders as RigidBody shapes instead of trying
to use HAnimSegment geometry.  Doug did send me a wonderful way to stretch
bones around, which I believe used cylinders, so I have that.  I have code
which uses extrusions between spheres.  Which I could add an extra point in
the spine to for X3DOM, here:

But I don’t need all this stretchiness.

I’m going to look up bone masses.
