1. Scheduling H-Anim WG Meeting at SIGGRAPH
Date: July 21 (Sunday) at 4pm - 6pm
Place: Hilton Anaheim - SIGGRAPH Headquarters Hotel (tentative)
2. Reviewing and planning the NWIP
All attendees agreed to the scope and the submission of the NWIP.
There were discussions about the structure of the NWIP and its submission schedule. The 19774 specification may be split into two parts. The first part would describe the H-Anim modeling specification including, 19774 and its updates, and including work on 3D skinning recently being progressed by Joe and Don. The second part would include motion defintion by motion captured data and scanned data, including the scope of the NWIP described on the wiki.

The NWIP's scope and responsibility has been updated on the wiki.
The new structured NWIP document will be prepared within two weeks. The initial draft for the NWIP will be updated according to the split into two parts.
The NWIP is scheduled to be submitted to the ISO in two to three weeks.

There were discussions about the updated LOA 3 example.
