In the recent years, the secret king of the web has not ben html, but CSS.

The reason being that CSS is the part of HTML+CSS that produce the
presentation part, being HTML mostly structure.

Good webpages become flat HTML 1.0 looking, if you remove CSS.

Using CSS3 transform options, some people will create   2.5D to the
browser, and for interfaces (what 99.99% of webpages is) will be more
than correct.
