You may put the nashorn folder wherever you wish, by modifying the value of the nashornFolder variable in the patch for the stylesheet.  I would make it java/nashorn, nashorn (previous value), or . (new value)   This folder is the folder the nashorn JS files should be run from, and the JS generation from X3DJSAIL.

I cleaned up the code you’ve been reluctant to patch so we can get patches through faster, making the code somewhat easier to read.
