[x3d-public] HAnim JoeSkinTexcoordDisplacerKick example texCoords

The HAnim JoeSkinTexcoordDisplacerKick example at

http://www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/Basic/HumanoidAnimation/JoeSkinTexcoordDisplacerKickIndex.html

uses a IndexedFaceSet with a populated texCoord field.

There are only four TextureCoordinate points. The coordIndex values go up
to about 389, however.

http://www.web3d.org/documents/specifications/19775-1/V3.3/Part01/components/geometry3D.html#IndexedFaceSet

section g. requires that there shall be enough TextureCoordinate points for
all coordIndexes.

It looks like the TextureCoordinate of the example needs to be augmented
with 386 or so more points.
