Options - Dashboard - NavigationInfo > hypothesis: historically the idea
was to show navigationInfo.type subset on dashboard, or no dashboard if
navigationIfno.type = "NONE", and all types on dashboard if "ANY" in type
list.
Options - in NetworkingCompoent > hypothesis: related to html
<embed><PARAM> back when web browsers allowed binary object embedding.

current FreeWRL
- COM/ActiveX and NPAPI web browser plugins no published with desktop
binary
-- so no html <embed><PARAM> documentation needed (although plugins can
still be built from old code)
- all navigation modes always available to user via 'dashboard' / menu bar
-- dashboard/menu bar available by default
-- dashboard/menu bar can be hidden by command-line parameter, for museum
mode
- options panel - always available if dashboard/menu bar is available
- command-line options, and SAI options also available
