Good point Jorge - keyboards can be awkward / just not available in some
configurations.
IIRC v4.1 of specs is going to be about AR/VR HMD. And in an increasingly
crowded and competitive field of 3D graphics, it may appear to some that
web3d is for desktop only based on the current spec wording for EXPLORE.
That would be too bad - I think the rest of the specs are pretty good about
not specifying input devices.

Summary:
1) How to redefine EXPLORE more generally, so different input devices can
be mapped to the functionality (and put suggested desktop keyboard
mappings, other suggested mappings in AppendixG)
2) how to define new GAME and HELICOPTER and future navigation types
without referring to specific input devices?
