[x3d-public] X3dToJson.xlst generating defaulted values?

I'm seeing a few .x3d files with ulimit and llimit:

$ grep -l [ul]limit *.x3d|grep -v new|wc
     16      16     241

But when I convert to JSON, the number of files with ulimit and
llimit explode
$ grep -l [ul]limit *.json|grep -v new|wc
     68      68    1392

What's up with that?  Is it a change in X3D4?
