[x3d-public] Mantis issue 1448: WorldInfo node should be listed in Core profile

Found an erratum in X3D 4.0 Architecture specification.  Entered in Mantis
issue tracker.

WorldInfo node is part of Core component, and thus should be listed in Core
profile as part of Table A.3 along with the other Metadata* nodes.

Additional Information   No other problems noted regarding consistency
