[Web3D2024 Program] working with your committee on the proceedings...

I've sent out rights forms and instructions for preparing and delivering
final materials to the contact authors of accepted full and short papers
and poster abstracts.

I'll need a couple of things from you (as program chairs) by the "final
materials due" date of 22 July:

   1. the final program, so I can organize the materials into a conference
   proceedings
   2. the preface statement
