[X3D-Ecosystem] Blender XML format, .blxml "Blecks-ML"

See this link for a new possible format for storing a lot of Blender data
as XML:

Note that you will be directed to the "raw" page because the file is too
big to view in GitHub itself.  You will notice a similarity between <Link>
and X3D <ROUTE> in node graphs.

Note that this XML was unloaded from Blender with an AI generated program,
using Python  ElementTree XML package.  There is also a program to load XML
into Blender.

More work needs to be done, including human model armatures, skinning,and
probably bone animation.

Texture Painting, Shading, Bone animation, Mesh import should be there.

Now to do a double round-trip!  Or just go to bed.
