The HAnimJoint nodes that are used in this model (with skinCoordIndex
and skinCoordWeigt values) must be added to the list of joints of the
HAnimHumanoid to make this example work, see
https://www.web3d.org/x3d/content/examples/Basic/HumanoidAnimation/BoxManIndex.html.
X_ITE has no automatic traverse/determination of joints, but uses the
joints from HAnimHumanoid provided.
