[x3d-public] attention Web3d webmaster

Joe, I noticed that I went to get vivaty (not via your link, but on
Web3d.org) and it still dropped a web link on the windows desktop.  This
was the strangeness I was describing before.   The link or icon opens to a
foreign language page.
