[x3d-public] packaging interactively created animation

Getting a good workflow for BVH -> HAnimMotion is probably desirable before trying to automate thing further.

I have some working BVH to X3D conversion code in X3D-Edit (but that tool rebuild is still on hold).  Prior searches found lots of other BVH tools and libraries.
