[x3d-public] X3DPSAIL x3d.py package updated and deployed to x3d.py, adding initial support for JSON export

In your build.xml, you exec python, which is python 2 on my system. To get
python3 results, I use the python3 executable (but don’t add .exe).  Thanks!
