[x3d-public] Bun javaScript engine

I’m not sure if you folks have heard of bun, a node.js/npm replacement.

Apparently this improves JavaScript performance by 200% over node.js and
deno for some tasks.

Bun is apparently based off WebKit, and offers native TypeScript
transpilaton.

Bun implements most of Node.js API’s.

Maybe we won’t have to do the WASM thing in the browser for 3D performance.
  We can hope that WebKit supports these enhancements to JavaScript.
