[x3d-public] X3D geospatial meeting planning, resolving issues X3D4/X3D4.1

 I was able to look at the CSV, but not Mantis #1163 yet.  In particular
the CSV item does not appear to reference a particular textual section in
the standard, only the high level 25 (in the CSV).   I will try to get into
Mantis again.

I am concerned about possible changes to the hand written part of the X3D
JSON Schema, re: geoSystem.
