On use of the model, it was a free download from the link listed so I do not see a problem in using it for this example. Nice objective to improve the annotations, but we could take this a step further and actually take control (animation) of the thing. I thas less than 5000 verts which makes within the range of some hand work, All we do is apply a skeleton to it and figure out the vertex bindings. The triangles seem to be orderly so, it could be relatively easy and end up with a good demoo 
In the general case this would an example of capturing some general skin then giving ithanim features,

I fixed the issue with https://castle-engine.io/convert.php doing
conversion using (older) code, thanks!

same output for the same input.

The issue was that Jenkins was creating new Docker images (used by
https://castle-engine.io/convert.php ) after each view3dscene commit,
but it was not updating these Docker images properly on the respective
machine. This is now properly done automatically.
