[x3d-public] advance notice: X3D-Edit 4.0 update available

Today we deployed the v30 update to X3D-Edit 4.0.

 

*	X3D-Edit 4.0 Authoring Tool for Extensible 3D (X3D) Graphics
*	X3D-Edit is a free, open-source Extensible 3D (X3D) Graphics
authoring tool for simple high-quality authoring, editing, import/export,
validation and viewing of X3D scenes.

Subsequent to review by Apache NetBeans trusted plugin, the module will be
available automatically to NetBeans users.  Currently 2845 users (oops, now
2846 users) have installed the plugin.

Thanks to Web3D Consortium for letting us publish this tool using Web3D

Congratulations to Terry Norbraten NPS for our first-ever release that has
been tested against nightly builds and deployed prior to the next major
NetBeans release.  It is good to get ahead!  As ever, all X3D-Edit issue
reports are welcome.
