A note on glTF Extensions

At the moment, the KHR prefix indicates that the extension was ratified 
by Khronos. No other extension prefix carries this information; however, 
to maintain backwards compatibility general extensions (either 
multi-vendor [currently uses EXT_] and single vendor) will not be 
renamed if they get ratified. Please do not use the extension prefix to 
determine if an extension has been ratified or not.
