LOA2 hierarchy diagram has a different sibling, but the right parent for
the latter two. Since I am not based on schema, schematron or X3DUOM, I
don't have to accommodate this.

I am doing LOA4.

LOA4 and LOA2 pictures included, highlighting areas where there was
confusion.
