[x3d-public] bindTime specification incomplete

This may be total BS. You’ve beed warned. bindTime is used in Blender
importer to determine which TimeSensor to use in keyframing (and when to
start animation, I think). But good luck trying to get XML animation
working in Blender. Perhaps a .wrl?

WIP, no end in sight as I am developing a Blender loader with an exporter.
I’m not even to animation yet, my demo mostly consists of HAnimSites with
Text, Billboard and TouchSensor, one of which Blender knows about.

I’m not sure what the status of X3D import/export is in Blender.

I have been (slowly) moving X3D non-appearance, non-geometry nodes into
Blender EMPTY objects. I’ve gotten as far as DEF/USE, and I’m finding I
could revamp the exporter.

Probably Viewpoints also can be animated, so the bindTime could be when the
eye moves to that Viewpoint. I will check the links now.
