[x3d-public] bindTime specification incomplete

My understanding is that bindTime is outputOnly.  So it’s probably when
set_bind is set (but I’m not clear on TRUE or FALSE).  I have not read any
descriptions, YMMV.

I remember having issues with specifying bindTime as a field in XML, but I
was trying to get animation working.

This really is a newbie area for me.  I just saw it in an example and
couldn’t find any documentation on it, so I assumed it was not really
used.  Thanks for bringing it up.
