[x3d-public] Can you get this X3D animation imported into Blender?

So now I’m thinking that since EMPTYs (Transform, HAnim skeleton) are
relative to each other now, I need relative locations, and centers should
not be used for a object’s location, except relative to the parent’s
center. The problem currently is I determine transforms (EMPTYs) before
parents are set??? Locations (offsets) can be determined by subtracting
parent center from child center?
This probably means separate functions in the code.
Any comments?
