Hypothesis: muscles can be modeled as coveroids, or more precisely as
constant volume flexible cylinders, and using coveroid type layering and
geometry/cloth/mesh collision (vertices on one mesh retain constant zero or
greater positive distance to nearest triangle on other mesh)
While bones can be modeled as solids (constant shape segments), muscles
flex but like liquid, retain a constant volume by shortening and changing
cross-section area.
