The csv file I got from Joe is attached to the issue in case anyone has time to work on a PR after the break! I'm unclear which one is the most up to date, the one I got separately, or the one in this email.

As reported in the recent Metaverse Standards Forum (MSF) Characters and Avatars Town Hall, the HAnim and X3D team thinks that the CanonicalJoint work is excellent.  We further expect to support all joints of shared interest.

Don and I did some first pass work on this and would integrate with whatever master list.
We simplified the list a bit by just showing 'most important' but see that the collection of implementations must grow. Also attached is the list of all basic HAnim (LOA4) joints.
