[x3d-public] Mantis 932: 27.4.12 NurbsTextureCoordinate - Inconsistent type for weight field

We needed to change type of NurbsTextureCoordinate /weight/ field from
MFFloat to MFDouble.

*	Mantis 932: 27.4.12 NurbsTextureCoordinate - Inconsistent type for
weight field

*	NurbsTextureCoordinate has SFFloat weight, while other Nurbs nodes
have SFDouble weight. No explanation for inconsistency provided, probably
ought to be the same.
*	Eight other instances of weight field have double precision.
Will need to change XML Schema/DTD, X3DUOM, X3D Tooltips and derived
libraries as part of this change.

 

This correction appears to be a good improvement for consistency.  Other
opinions welcome.

 

Absent objections, am planning to apply this change in next round of
updates.
